- Your New Shed will have a Ridge Beam no matter the size. The Ridge Beam acts as a backbone of the building and helps prevents any sagging in the roof line. Our competitors provide this feature on large sheds but every one of ours will have one as we feel it is important.
- 25 year shingles in many colors including those below and more. Want to match yout house? We will do our best to match it.
- 2" x 4" trim surrounds our 60 inch WIDE double doors to reduce warping and anchored by 3 pin hinges.
- Your New Shed will have a 2 Year warranty that covers from bottom to top. Want an additional 5 years added to it? Just send us a photo of Your New Shed painted and you get 5 more for a total of 7 Years!
- We use a siding that comes factory primed. Smart Side comes with a 30 year warranty. It is engineered wood siding that resists fungal decay, insects, cracking, warping and is ready to paint.
- Your New Shed will be safe and secure as we will provide your own secure padlock and keys designed for just Your New Shed and not keyed the same as your neighbors like some do.
- Do you have a HOA and your neighborhood has a say about Your New Shed? We can build Your New Shed to meet their requirements.
- Your New Shed will be placed on a level surface using concrete blocks. All sheds come standard with one course high.
